2024暑假将至，现将学校的放假安排、安全注意事项通知如下:

The summer vacation comes, and the holiday arrangements safety precautions and guidance for campus service are now notified as follows:

2024年国际学生暑期放假及开学相关事项安排

1、Schedule for Current Students' Summer Vacation and New Semester Commencement

在校生暑期放假及开学时间安排

（1）Undergraduates and graduate students will commence their summer vacation on Saturday, July 6th.

本科生、研究生7月6日（星期六）开始放假。

（2）Non-freshman undergraduates，both undergraduate and graduate are required to register on Sunday, September 1st. Classes will resume on Monday, September 2nd. The specific time  and place are as follows: 8:30am-11:30am on September1st, students from Liangxiang Campus should go to Room 108 of the Student  Activity Center in LiangXiang West Campu; From 2:00pm-4:30pm on September 1st, students from Fucheng Campus should go to Room 408, the second teaching building of Fucheng West Campus.    

所有非新生（本科、研究生）9月1日（星期日）报到，9月2日（星期一）开始上课。具体时间及地点安排为：9月1日上午8:30-11:30，良乡校区学生前往良乡校区西区学生活动中心一层108室；9月1日下午2:00-4:30阜成路校区学生前往阜成路校区西区教二楼408室。

2、Schedule for New Students' Enrollment and Related Matters  

新生开学及相关事项时间安排

All the freshman, both undergraduate and graduate should register on September 3rd. Orientation programs for new students will be held from September 4th to 8th, followed by the official start of classes on Monday, September 9th.

2024级所有新生（本科、研究生）都将于9月3日（星期二）报到。9月4日至8日新生入学教育，9月9日（星期一）正式上课。

3、During the summer vacation, teacher will be available in the Room 408, the Second Teaching Building Fucheng West campus between 8:00am-12:00am on each Tuesday and Friday morning. Tel:010-68984404.

暑假期间每周二、周五上午8:00-12:00有老师在阜成路西校区教二楼408值班。办公电话010-68984404。

安全提示 Safety Tips

01防火Fire Prevention：

宿舍内禁止吸烟，禁止使用明火和违章电器，禁止存放易燃、易爆和有毒物品，注意消防安全。

Do not smoke in the dorm. No fire and Illegal electrical appliances etc. in dorms. No storage of flammable, explosive and toxic materials in dorm, and pay attention to fire safety.

中国对电动车火灾防范已经纳入日常综合治理的工作范畴，电动自行车不得放入厅堂房屋，尤其是有人员居住的区域，充电必须到规定的充电桩区域充电，严禁在室内和房间内充电，也不得“飞线”充电。

Fire prevention of electric vehicles has been included in the daily comprehensive management work in China. Electric bicycles must not be placed in halls, especially in areas where people live. Charging is required to be done in the certain charging pile area. It is strictly prohibited to charge indoors and in rooms. Do not connect the power strip from the room when charging.

02防盗Anti-theft：

妥善保管个人财物、证件等贵重物品，离开宿舍及时关窗锁门，不要轻易将房间钥匙交给他人，以免被盗。所住房间不得私自转让、转租或留宿他人。避免陌生人进入宿舍。

Take good care of personal belongings, ID and other valuables. Closethe windows and lock the door before leaving dorms and do not give room keys to others to avoid theft. Rooms are not permitted to rent to others and no visitors overnight. Avoid strangers get into rooms.

03防诈骗 Anti-fraud：

近来社会上诈骗类案件高发，犯罪分子利用各种方式进行诈骗。比如：利用手机短信、电话诈骗；通过微信等网络账号，以聊天方式进行诈骗。请大家提高自我防范意识，切勿轻信陌生人以各种名义借钱、借物、购买物品的谎言，不要轻信不明对象的可疑信息、电话；不把自己信息透露给陌生人，以免上当受骗；

Be aware of different kinds of fraud. Such as frauds via short massages,phone, QQ, Wechat, and other contact tools. Do not trust strangers' lies about borrowing money, goods, or purchasing goods under various guises, and do not trust suspicious information or phone numbers of unknown individuals; do not reveal personal information to strangers and increase the awareness of self-protection.

04保险Insurance：

在假期生病或发生意外时，就医前请务必先拨打保险公司电话（4008105119）进行寻诊。门诊治疗学生先支付，后期材料快递保险公司进行垫付报销。如果病情确实需住院治疗，请拨打保险公司电话申请公司垫付。

If you need to see a doctor during the holiday, you should first call the insurance service hotline (4008105119) before going to the public hospital. Otherwise, your claim may not be settled. You need to pay first for the outpatient treatment, and then get refund by sending the materials to the insurance company. For those who need operation or hospitalization, please call the insurance service hotline to apply for the pre-payment service.

05其他Others：

严禁赌博、酗酒、打架斗殴、吸毒涉毒、非法就业、夜不归宿等行为，禁止酒后滋事，不在非宗教场所进行传教及宗教聚会性活动。

No gambling, excessive drinking, fights, illegal employment, staying out all night etc. Drugs are forbidden. No missionary or religious gathering in non-religious venues.留校

留校同学要保管好自己宿舍的房卡，请勿将房卡转借他人或请他人保管，寝室内切勿留宿外来人员；要注意用电、用水、用气等的安全，不得在宿舍房间内烧菜做饭，严禁使用违章电器，杜绝火灾事故的发生。要注意进出宿舍的外来人员，遇可疑情况，请主动查问并及时向值班人员、安全保卫处报告。

Students who stay in school should keep room cards of your own dormitories. Do not lend the room cards to others or ask others to keep them, do not let outsider of dormitory to stay in your dorm. Pay attention to the safety of electricity, water, gas, etc. Do not cook food in the dormitory, prohibit the use of illegal electrical appliances to eliminate fire accidents caused by those electrical appliances. Also attention should be paid to whoever enter the dormitory if you have notice any suspicious situation, please take the initiative to inquire and report the problem to the security office in time.
